Her operational insight and commitment to inclusion play a vital role in expanding DLC Training’s reach into underserved communities, ensuring programs are both effective and accessible.
With a strong background in multimedia production and digital communications, Cerrone Crowder Jr. leads the company’s digital marketing strategies, youth engagement initiatives, and content innovation systems. He oversees the development of digital platforms, social media campaigns, and youth-centered learning experiences that make workforce and leadership training engaging and relevant. His perspective ensures that DLC Training remains at the forefront of digital innovation while inspiring the next generation of leaders.
